Q: What is Nike Studios?
A: Nike Studios is a network of boutique fitness studios created in partnership with FitLab. Aligned with Nike's mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world, Nike Studios offers three unique group fitness experiences: Nike Training Studio (NTS) for functional strength and conditioning, Nike Running Studio (NRS) for running and complementary strength training, and Nike Strength Studio (NSS) for weight lifting. The Nike Studios app enhances the in-studio experience with simple class booking, at-home workouts, and goal tracking. At Nike Studios, world-class trainers, dynamic workouts, and a tight-knit community come together to help you realize your full potential and move better in every aspect of life. *If you have a body, you are an athlete.
Q: Where are they located?
A: Our first Nike Studios location opened in 2023 in Newport Beach, CA, with others following close behind in the greater Los Angeles and Austin areas. We will continue to evaluate locations where we have the best opportunity to connect with members through premium services, experiences and products. Q: Who are Nike Studios for?
A: Nike Studios is for all athletes*, from seasoned gym veterans to those just beginning their fitness journeys. Each workout is designed for members to go at their own pace, whatever that may be. Whether you’re training for competition or taking the first step in a fitness journey, Nike Studios is right for you.
Memberships and Class Packages
Q: What options do I have for buying classes?
A: Nike Studios offer the flexibility to work out on your terms. Our membership options range from drop-in classes to unlimited monthly workouts. Prices are tiered and dependent on location. But no matter where you are, the more you move with us, the more you’ll save.
For our studios in presale, we invite you to reserve your spot as a Founding Member for only $49, which locks in your unlimited workouts membership at a discounted rate. You will not be charged for your first month until doors open. Each Founding Member will also receive an exclusive bundle, which includes a limited-edition home studio t-shirt, a $25 Nike gift card, a drawstring bag, and a water bottle.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have different refund policies for different types of purchases. Please see below for details:
Classes and Membership Packages: These are non-refundable. We offer tiered membership and free trials to ensure that you like our services before committing to a larger package.
Services: We do not offer refunds for our services, except as required by law.
Merchandise: Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will issue a store credit that can be used within 30 days. Please note that we require a receipt for all returns. Merchandise purchased at a Nike Studios location must be returned to a Nike Studios location and cannot be returned to a Nike retail store. If you have any questions or need support with an online purchase or return, please contact us at info@nikestudios.com.
Q: Can I use my classes at any location?
A: All Founding Members have “Unlimited” memberships, which grant them access to all of their home branded locations. For example, if you are a member of Nike Training Studio, you may access any Nike Training Studio in the country. However, as we roll out additional Nike Studios formats, like Nike Running Studio, we will introduce an All Access membership tier that gives you access to unlimited training at any location and any format nationwide.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
A: All Nike Studio memberships are month-to-month, meaning you can cancel at any time for any reason without penalty. Although we’d hate to see you go for any reason, we understand that life happens, and we look forward to welcoming you back with open arms when you choose to resume your journey with us. Members must provide cancellation notice at least 10 days before the next payment period to avoid being charged.
Class Booking & Attendance
Q: How do I book a class?
A: You can book classes through the Nike Studios app, available on iOS and Android, or directly on your local studio’s page at nikestudios.com.
Q: What is spot booking?
A: With spot booking, you get to choose your starting spot when you book a class in the app. At Nike Training Studio, you’ll select from 5 stations: med ball, dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, or turf, with 6 spots available at each station. At Nike Running Studio, you’ll choose to start on the treadmill or the floor, then select your specific treadmill or bench. Each station has 15 spots available.
Q: Why should I book a spot?
A: Choosing your spot ahead of time allows for a smoother start to your workout, giving you more time to get set up so you can make the most of your 50-minute session.
Q: Can I change my spot when I get to class?
A: Ask the studio team if you can switch spots — they’ll do their best to accommodate you.
Q: How do I know how to find my spot when I get to the studio?
A: The studio team will be happy to help you find your starting position.
Q: How far in advance can I book classes?
A: Class booking is available up to 14 days in advance via the Nike Studios app.
Q: What should I do if I’m late for class?
A: We encourage you to arrive at class 10 minutes early to get situated and minimize disruptions. If you cannot make it on time, please give the studio team a call in advance to alert the trainer. Arriving more than 5 minutes after class starts will result in a $15 no-show fee.
Q: What is your class cancellation policy?
A: We understand that life happens. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours in advance in the Nike Studios app at no charge. After that, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
Q: My app is experiencing technical difficulties. What should I do?
A: Please contact your local studio via phone or email if you encounter any issues with the Nike Studios app.

Q: Will Nike Studios offer childcare?
A: We do not currently offer on-site childcare services, nor may members leave accompanying children, people or pets in the waiting room during their workout.
Q: What is your filming policy?
A: We love that you want to share your Nike Studios experience! Out of respect for the privacy and safety of members around you, we kindly request no tripods or other phone/camera mounts.
Our team will occasionally film content for educational or marketing purposes and will display proper signage in the studio on those days. Most of the time, we will just be capturing the Nike Studios staff. But please feel free to kindly let us know if you wish to not be included.
Q: What if I’m pregnant or just had a baby?
A: We want you to have the best experience possible at Nike Studios, and your health and safety are our top priority. We recommend that you speak with your doctor to determine what type of workout is appropriate for you, especially if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions. It's also important to make sure that your doctor is aware of the type of workout that we offer, which includes running and weight training. We're always here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have, so please don't hesitate to reach out. We can't wait to see you at Nike Studios!
Q: How old do I have to be to come to Nike Studios?
A: Nike Studios is for all athletes* 18 and older. At this time, minors are not able to attend class, even if accompanied by an adult.
Q: Do Nike Studios offer open gym access?
A: Nike Studios are designed around the incredible power of group training. Workouts are all conducted in classes of up to 30 members and led by a Nike Studios trainer. At this time, we do not offer open gym access.
Q: I’m having issues getting past reCAPTCHA during the signup process. What should I do?
A: Although reCAPTCHA keeps our site safe and secure, it’s not always perfect at letting humans through. If you experience these issues, visit Nike.com and log in with your Nike membership credentials. Once logged in, you should be able to access NikeStudios.com without issue.
