Overview
Q: What are Nike Studios?
A: As part of Nike’s commitment to delivering innovation, services and experiences across body, mind and life, Nike is planning to open Nike Studios in partnership with FitLab. Nike Studios is a network of boutique fitness studios which includes Nike Training Studios (NTS) and Nike Running Studios (NRS), offering functional strength training on endurance workouts respectively. Nike Studios is supported by a digital app for at-home exercise and anchored by a calendar of fun and motivating social fitness events. Powered by world-class trainers, dynamic workouts and supportive community, members are given the motivation and guidance to move well in every aspect of their lives.
Q: Where are they located?
A: Our first Nike Studios location will open this year in Newport Beach, CA (2675 Irvine Ave Suite A2, Costa Mesa, CA), with additional locations opening in the greater Los Angeles area and Austin areas. We will continue to evaluate locations where we have the best opportunity to connect with consumers through premium services, experiences and products. Q: Who are Nike Studios for?
A: Nike Studios is for all athletes*, from seasoned gym veterans to those just beginning their fitness journeys. Each workout is designed for members to go at their own pace, whatever that may be. Whether you’re training for competition or taking the first step in a fitness journey, Nike Studios is right for you.
Memberships and Class Packages
Q: What options do I have for buying classes?
A: Nike Studios offer the flexibility to work out on your terms. Our membership options range from drop-in classes to unlimited monthly workouts. Prices are tiered and dependent on location. But no matter where you are, the more you move with us, the more you’ll save.
For our studios in presale, we invite you to reserve your spot as a Founding Member for only $49, which locks in your unlimited workouts membership at a discounted rate. You will not be charged for your first month until doors open. Each Founding Member will also receive an exclusive bundle, which includes a limited-edition home studio t-shirt, a $25 Nike gift card, a drawstring bag, and a water bottle.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have different refund policies for different types of purchases. Please see below for details:
Classes and Membership Packages: These are non-refundable. We offer tiered membership and free trials to ensure that you like our services before committing to a larger package.
Services: We do not offer refunds for our services, except as required by law.
Merchandise: Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will issue a store credit that can be used within 30 days. Please note that we require a receipt for all returns. Merchandise purchased at a Nike Studios location must be returned to a Nike Studios location and cannot be returned to a Nike retail store. Q: Can I use my classes at any location?
A: All Founding Members have “Unlimited” memberships, which grant them access to all of their home branded locations. For example, if you are a member of Nike Training Studio, you may access any Nike Training Studio in the country. However, as we roll out additional Nike Studios formats, like Nike Running Studio, we will introduce an All Access membership tier that gives you access to unlimited training at any location and any format nationwide.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
A: All Nike Studio memberships are month-to-month, meaning you can cancel at any time for any reason without penalty. Although we’d hate to see you go for any reason, we understand that life happens, and we look forward to welcoming you back with open arms when you choose to resume your journey with us. Members must provide cancellation notice at least 10 days before the next payment period to avoid being charged.

Q: Will Nike Studios offer childcare?
A: We do not currently offer on-site childcare services, nor may members leave accompanying children, people or pets in the waiting room during their workout.
Q: What if I’m pregnant or just had a baby?
A: We want you to have the best experience possible at Nike Studios, and your health and safety are our top priority. We recommend that you speak with your doctor to determine what type of workout is appropriate for you, especially if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions. It's also important to make sure that your doctor is aware of the type of workout that we offer, which includes running and weight training. Q: How old do I have to be to come to Nike Studios?
A: Nike Studios is for all athletes* 18 and older. At this time, minors are not able to attend class, even if accompanied by an adult.
Q: I’m having issues getting past reCAPTCHA during the signup process. What should I do?
A: Although reCAPTCHA keeps our site safe and secure, it’s not always perfect at letting humans through. If you experience these issues, visit Nike.com and log in with your Nike membership credentials. Once logged in, you should be able to access NikeStudios.com without issue.
Q: What if I want you to delete my data?
A: Nike Studios utilizes your data to deliver you a better and more personalized user experience. If you would like for us to delete your personal information, please email info@nikestudios.com.
