Nike Training Studio is the home of fun and challenging HIIT and strength workouts, designed with a purpose. Your purpose.
Each workout utilizes a combination of weights, kettlebells, sleds, sandbags and more to keep you moving with intention from the first rep to the last. Our rotating classes focus on specific muscle groups, so you can build full-body strength and athleticism without ever burning out. What is Nike Studios?
Nike Studios is a network of group fitness studios offering three unique workout experiences: Nike Training Studio, Nike Running Studio, and Nike Strength Studio.
What types of workouts are offered at each studio?
Nike Training Studio: Rotate through different stations while conquering a dynamic mix of exercises and equipment to boost your full-body functional strength and conditioning.
Nike Running Studio: Burn calories and build strength with an even balance between cardio intervals and total-body resistance training.
Nike Strength Studio: Build a strong, sculpted physique with rack-and-barbell-based weight lifting, reimagined for a small class setting.
Do I need to be in shape to take a class?
No. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels — from first-timers to lifelong athletes. Our team will guide you through every part of the workout, make sure you’re moving safely and effectively, and provide modifications as needed.
What makes this different from other gyms or fitness studios?

What can I expect during my first class?
Expect a trainer who’s locked in on bringing out your best, a community that keeps the energy high, and a fun, 50-minute workout that challenges you in the best way. We’ll guide you through everything, so all you have to do is show up and go for it.
Do I have to commit after the trial?
No. But most people do. Your first classes are designed to give you a feel for the format, energy, and community.
Can I work out at more than one location or studio type?
We offer an All-Access membership, which unlocks unlimited classes at all Nike Studios locations, giving you the flexibility to train however and wherever you want.
