Focus: Hypertrophy
Build sessions feature heavy loads and high reps, triggering your body to pack on more muscle mass. You’ll max out on effort to boost your power and target key growth areas. The higher the intensity, the greater the gains.
Sustain
Focus: Strength endurance
Sustain sessions test your endurance with light-load, high-volume sets and extended periods of effort, improving your ability to outlast and outperform. You’ll train your muscles to work harder for longer.
Refine
Focus: Technique
Refine sessions use lighter loads to drill the fundamentals, improving mechanics, mobility, and efficiency. Both beginners and seasoned lifters can practice and perfect key movements. Fine-tuning your form helps you get the most from every rep.
